Welcome to Echo Lake, a private
500 acre gated entry community located within
the rolling terrain of the "Piney Woods"
of Henderson County in East Texas. Unique
to our community is that all residential lots
are waterfront. Our community is guided by
a set of Covenants & Restrictions and
governed by a Property Owners Association
(POA) and elected Board of Directors.
Echo Lake offers a diverse range of amenities
for its property owners that include various
lake activities, airstrip, horse pasture,
gun range, walking/biking, nature trail, annual
resident social events, and great neighbors.
Although not officially part of the Echo Lake
community our residents enjoy direct "through
the fence" access to the 18 hole Echo
Creek Golf Club. During June & July, Echo
Springs Blueberry Farm also borders our community
where you can pick-your-own blueberries right

of Tyler and Athens, providing excellent hospitals,
retail shopping and a wide variety of restaurants.

Dallas is about a 1 ½ hour drive west
of Echo Lake.
